Interact with Recreational Therapists from at least 10 states and showcase your Company or University at this year’s SRTS by becoming a vendor! Our symposium will be held in two separate parts: In-Person March 27 – 29, 2024 at the Sheraton in Myrtle Beach, SC, and On-Demand (pre-recorded sessions) from April 8 – May 3, 2024.

Cost for vendors:

$150.00 – 3 day exhibit allowing your company to be showcased and one representative the ability to be involved in all scheduled activities during the Symposium (You are responsible for lodging accommodations.  See note below)

$75.00 – 3 day exhibit for colleges/universities

$75.00 – Full page company ad in symposium program*

$50.00 – ½ page company ad in symposium program*

$25.00 –– ¼ page company ad in symposium program*

No charge – display of business materials in resource area throughout the symposium

*All ads need to be submitted as a graphic in JPEG or PNG format by March 20, 2024.

We would also welcome any door prizes your company/university could provide.  Information is provided on the attached form.
